The most pathetic organization you can imagine. While many employees here may try and care, the ones that don’t I wish you the same experiences in life that you give us. Shame on you
Shane Boller
The medical staff doesn't notate problems and will only prescribe certain medication that makes it seem they are receiving kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies
James DeMetro
If this hospital wasn't run by the federal government then most of the doctors would be in jail for patient negelect

YES - The Bflo VA has a PAIN Management Clinic that offers a wide variety of care options for chronic pain, e.g., Chiro, Trigger Point Injections, Acupuncture, PT/OT, etc. You just can't walk in off the street and go to the pain clinic. You need to be "signed up" as a Veteran in the health care system. You will have a Primary Care Doctor that can REFER you to the Pain Clinic. You do have to attend an orientation class to find out what the Pain Clinic can do for you, and then they evaluate you for treatment. My chronic pain has been managed by the Pain Clinic for about 1 1/2 years. It is NOT difficult to get in IF YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR CARE, and they will NOT steer you away from "scheduled medication" if that's what is needed to provide you will an improved quality of life.
Out patients clinic and labs are close. However, inpatient visitors and emergency department are open.
Please contact 716-862-3117 for the Mental Health Clinic.
Yes and they have an excellent physical therapy team.
Yes they do
Hello, Are you currently enrolled for care at the VA? If you aren't the first step is to contact Veterans service center to get enrolled. 716-834-9200 is the main VA phone number. Once enrolled you can seek a consultation for Ortho.

Each VA is different depending on the state and region so that would just be something you'll have to call and ask them about. The website isn't much help as it just gives generalized information.
Unsure but believe 8am-5pm
I'm not sure but give them a call
It does. There's a pdf on this web page that has the contact info and hours for the VAMC location. https://www.va.gov/ogc/legalservices.asp

The N.Y. State Dept of Veterans Affairs has a full time office within the VA Hospital facility. Ask any of the volunteers or go to the Veterans Service Center and they can tell you the Floor and Room number.

In my opinion I'd have to say yes. For the record I'm a 90% disabled vetetan and many of the treatments that I recieve are not covered under my VA care. These treatments are charged to my civilian health care provider.
