FED EX attendant wasn't very friendly, had me lift a bulky, heavy packing up on the weigh station because the low bulk scale wasn't her unit,seemed she had an attitude

I stopped in last night at this location, I had a $1,000 cell phone I was returning brand new not opened. There's a note on the door telling the public to leave my package in the waiting area. I did not feel safe doing that even though there are cameras with my luck. So upon entering the store I waited a few minutes a lady come out she seemed kind of put off that she had to come out she told me there's cameras out there I was like okay I just don't feel comfortable leaving my item there. I waited a few minutes as she scanned my stuff in. Packaging was a little confusing that the vendor had sent me to return the phone they sent me two barcodes wasn't sure if one is supposed to go inside the package in case it was lost like it does with UPS long story short the woman was quite short with me maybe had a bad day I don't know I asked a question about that and so I wasn't sure how to do it she's like not much to know I'm like well excuse me I don't work at FedEx. I then proceeded to ask if I get a receipt she actually sighed and with hesitation she goes YUP so to break the awkwardness I asked how her day was going and she's like you know you ask a lot of questions. I was like well I'm sorry my first three questions pertained to my $1,000 return of a cell phone and the last one was asking how you were doing. I will not if I can avoid it be doing business with them again. Poor customer service needs to be addressed and the fact when I asked for a receipt was what aggravated me

Drivers continually deliver our packages to an unmarked driveway at the end of out road even though our driveway is clearly marked. TRY to explain this to a service rep who is not a USA resident.

Yes and the people at the center were friendly although the center is hard to find without gps.
No you will never get a local number. The best way to reach the local facility is to call the reg 800 number 1 800 GOFEDEX and ask to be transferred to the local facility.
630pm is closing time for most days except Sunday I believe
FedEx can get a GPS location of the delivery scan to locate where the driver left the package to help prove a misdelivery. They 'deliver' not 'send' the shipper sends a PKG to an address. FedEx delivers the PKG to the address. This is not always foolproof and sometimes addresses are not recognized by the routing software and can be mistakenly misdelivered to where the engineered software electronically address corrects a package. Call to complain about an incorrect "sra/dra "aco" if the problem continues
Dry Ice is not provided. Aboard aircraft with sealed cabin pressures, Dry Ice changes the O² levels and is shipped as a haz/DG. A small tub of condiment should ship just fine with a cold pack inside an insulated box without DG shipping paperwork/etc.
Not including Wednesday? With 24 hours in a day, that's 96 hours!!!
