I'm sorry you feel that way, we spend a lot of time and effort daily to maintain cleanliness of the facility and oddly employ the same cleaning staff as had been the case for the past ten years. If there are specifics we can address we'd be happy to. Just mentioning your concerns would be greatly appreciated to this method, which is neither constructive nor helpful. I can assure you, as the owners are medical microbiologists that the facility is not "unhealthy" in fact a primary reason they shut down the hot tubs is that they are bacterial breeding grounds. Anyway, if you have a concern, bring it to the owners and it will be addressed.
