Eng. All the bad reviews I believe are true based on my personal experience. I signed up for 2 people, paid cash in full (otherwise no svc) and they are rude, they do cancel and take a long time to reschedule, they don’t answer phone calls, office is always closed. We scheduled ahead of time so my 2 children could have their licenses for September when college starts and so far nothing. So if they are teaching clases, (that picture is from 9/7/22 at 9am) why they don’t cordially call costumers and reschedule. Good at taking your money; really bad at providing the service. Not recommend at all.

spanish below The worst driving school in the entire area. Not only is service slow and horrible the staff is rude and never answer phone calls. When you ask them why they don't answer they get mad at you. There are plenty of driving schools in the east Boston area that are better at providing service but also speak Spanish for those that choose Sonia’s because they think their is a language convience. Their instructors are not even that great. I've had more than one instructor that used his phone the entire time rather than actually instruct me. For the service they give you would expect it to be cheaper than other driving schools yet the price is at the same level. Over priced and low quality service. It isn't worth a single penny. If you need a driving school in East Boston you're better off with an other school. Ask around your relatives and friends. Ask them about their experience with Sonia's and let yourself find the truth. And for those who choose it because they speak Spanish, there are many driving schools in the area both in East Boston and surrounding communities in the area. This driving school is not worth it in any respect. The people who work there are rude and get angry when you have questions or are not satisfied with something. Not only do they never answer the phone but they take a long time to return the call. In East Boston there are better schools with prices that are really worth it. I took classes there. I do not recommend to anybody. On several occasions the instructor that came with me started playing games on the phone and not teaching me. The cars are old and with several problems. Ask your acquaintances who have taken classes with Sonia's and see what they say. Especially today that the Massachusetts government has approved licenses for undocumented immigrants to go look for other schools. There are quite a few Spanish speaking schools around East Boston and they provide good service.
