The definition of “brewtopia.” This place is so wholly idyllic you feel as if you’ve entered a sort of time portal back to the late ‘80s / early-‘90s when craft brewing really meaning. Beers are not bad here (no porters or stouts), and everything is easy enough to admire that it might just turn to envy if one didn’t know what gentrification is and the types it attracts.

Great little place to stop for lunch and a brew! We were told about this place by word of mouth by a fellow camper. I felt very relaxed sitting on the picnic table in the sun as I took in all green scenery. I felt like they had just enough beer options to choose from considering location, and the food truck was delishious! We got the nachos which were big enough for two. Loved the seasoned potatoes in the nachos, and the unique twist on thr traditional dish. This place was also very dog friendly which is huge for us while we explore! Was the perfect place to stop for a quick bite and beer before heading home from our camping trip.

Had a wonderful time at the Brewing Lair The beer was excellent and the food truck had a great chicken and also a great ahi salad. Definitely worth the stop.

If you enjoy a nice IPA, you’ll love The Brewing Lair!! It’s the perfect spot to hangout and have a cold beer after a day hike around Plumas County. They have great outdoor seating and lots of lawn games, definitely one of my favorite breweries to visit!!

They use a yeast that eats most of the gluten, almost all the beers are almost gluten free
