Went from a 5 star review to a 2. I'd give one but I do like the pharmacist. Since covid I know every where is pretty crazy especially the pharmacy but I've been down there twice to pick up my dad's heart medication and they didn't have it ready so I've tried calling now 6 times to see if it's ready and no one is answering the phone. I really hate to waste time and gas by driving there again and chance it not being ready. I just don't see the point of having a phone if it's not going to get answered.

Weird Rite Aid, pharmacy is pretty good and everyone is nice but it's always slow at the register and I'm just not sure why.
