ileana was very helpful in looking into my order. Even though it stated the JennAir range top was in stock with an expected delivery date, that was not accurate. I would be careful when purchasing from this website since it does not appear to be honest in what is actually available. I'm sure I am not the only customer that has experienced these issues especially during these difficult times with the global supply chain. ileana was able to suggest an in stock replacement, but unfortunately, it just was not what I truly wanted. I ended up cancelling the order but appreciated the positive customer service experience. For this, I will give AJ Madison another chance when I am in the market for new home appliances.

While I was initially concerned about purchasing a new set of kitchen appliances from an online retailer across state lines, I was very pleased with my experience with AJ Madison. On the sales side, they called me after I placed my order to go over all the details and make sure my order was accurate. When I discovered a dented microwave, the customer service was excellent. With a minimal amount of emails and phone calls they quickly sent me a replacement at no extra cost. They were always fast to reply and professional. I would buy from them again in the future.
