Did a drop off for a routine service. A rep called me and explained that since it was my 30,0000 mile service, the service was different. Filters and other things had to be changed. He told me that he went ahead and did that. I asked what the total was and it was about $80 more than what it would have been with just the oil change. I called my husband and I was angry that they did the service without bringing the extras to my attention before hand. He advised me to just pick up the car and not deal with them again. Toyota has really disappointed me in ways that I can't describe. I keep trying different dealerships, but I keep getting disappointed. I guess I have to stick with the Toyota in Mt. Kisco, even though it will take 40 minutes to get there vs the 10 minutes to Stamford.

Easy to work with. Worked with Marlon Reyes who was honest am up front. Bought car in Sept 2022 when a lot of other dealerships were selling for way above MSRP, but these guys were not. Enjoyed the experience.
