Seemed like a very poor ran establishment. Female manager was super rude, was close enough too the drink machine so I just refilled my own. Stuffed crust pizza dough was undercooked, tasted of buttermilk biscuit dough. For almost 20 dollars a pizza, when most locals run 14-15... maybe get your stuff together?

Over the past few months your delivery people have not been using the bag that contains the warmth for the food leaving me with many cold meals if I wanted a cold pizza I'd go to Walmart. Having to heat up my oven just to eat a pizza I ordered from you guys is ridiculous it's still cold out and they did this through the whole winter and are still continuing to not use the food bags. I'm not sure if it's a new policy because of covid but if I'm getting cold food every time I order there should be a discount in place because 16$ for a medium 2 topping that arrives cold to the touch is very poor business today im going to finally call and get a refund. This will be my last time ordinary from pizza hut
