Absolutely diabolical service! Was told a 20 minute wait which ended up being over 40 minutes. Shocking staff attitude - no apology just ‘there’s no staff in’. There were 7 staff members present at that time (mostly staring aimless into space) - they really need to pull their finger out and get some sort of system in place!
