Food was good, our service was not 100% for an Friday early afternoon, we kind of felt like we were unimportant in that regard. The waitress did offer champagne as an apology for taking so long. My draft beer sat so long at the bar waiting to be brought to the table that it was warm. Our food was fantastic however and I would definitely recommend the food. The ranch dressing is amazing. I hope the service was just a fluke because it would be a shame to hinder the food with slow service.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and it was not a celebratory experience. We were given the opportunity to dine in the Tent. The tent was across from the restrooms, with no tablecloth and high traffic area. We chose the sirloin meal which was a reasonable price but could have been served warmer. The cheesecake was served frozen and we were unable to get a spoon into it to taste more than 3 bites. We recommend reading the reviews (which we forgot to do)and then if you are still curious then go at your own risk.

Went to Burntwood Tavern today for brunch. The food was terrible. It was cold and no frills. They weren’t even busy. Our waitress seemed very nice however she totally forgot to put in our appetizer order and never came back to check on us or see if we needed another drink. By the time our long awaited food came out it was delivered by another waiter. Food was below a fast food chain - extremely disappointed. Everything cold. Not sure if the eggs, sausage, flimsy bacon and English muffin would have been better had it been hot. The chicken sandwich my son got was plane and not too exciting. French fries cold. Best thing was the Chardonnay. Truly disappointed.

Went here for dinner last night. I ordered a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon which is a red wine, the waitress even made a recommendation on which one to choose from the list, but then she brought me a glass of white wine and acted like I was crazy when I told her I ordered a red wine. She took it back and brought me a glass of red. I went to take a sip and noticed very distinct lip marks on the rim of the glass, not even smeared lip marks, these were fresh lip marks. I pointed it out to the manager as he came by, he apologized and took the glass away. Waitress brought me a new glass of wine. Then I was served my meal, but no napkin or silverware. I was on the patio, and the patio was well seated, lots of people, but I didn't see my waitress for more than 10 minutes. My food was getting cold. I could have walked inside to ask for a napkin and utensils but I had my purse, shopping bags etc and I didn't want to leave all that outside on the patio where someone walking by could just grab it. So I waited... I ate what I could with my hands, which got very messy and finally someone came out and I asked for a napkin and utensils.... waitress apologized and brought me a napkin and utensils. Overall horrible service. I'm sorry I wasted my one very rare evening meal out by myself on this place. NEVER AGAIN! And gross that they are clearly not running their glasses through a commercial dishwasher! In the age of a global pandemic.... isn't that illegal?! To be serving people with glasses that have had other people's mouths on them? Totally gross!

Aside from having to dawn a mask it was great. All the bars and restaurants in that area were jam-packed and everyone looked happy. It was almost as if the forced plan of fear didn't exist.
