I made an appointment with Friendly Dentistry on the advice of a friend, after having several unpleasant experiences over a few years time with my previous provider. I went in feeling very nervous and anxious, given my previous experiences. From even before my appointment the people I spoke to on the phone were professional and courteous and were very clear with what they needed and what I could expect from my first visit. They got me an appointment very quickly, and when I arrived I was greeted warmly and treated with kindness. I don't recall offhand the name of the technician who did the initial exam but she was so gentle and patient with me. She was able to get x-rays and do the exam without causing me any discomfort at all, and she really alleviated a lot of my nervousness. I have several issues that needed addressing and after getting a full and very comprehensive exam, I met with Dr. Blue who went over in detail what our options were for treatment both in the immediate term, and in the long terms. She was caring and professional, never once speaking "down" to me. I feel so much more confident that working with Friendly Dentistry, my dental issues and needs can be addressed with care and professionalism, both for the things that need fixed and my ongoing dental maintenance moving forward.
