I bought a game system from this place. And upon returning it the people were up front were friendly. But the manager was very rude and hid in the back and listened. He actually already had a response ready when I asked could I get the 10% discount that is clearly on my receipt. He then instruct a young lady named Allison to tell me that if I had bought the 30 day warranty it would be possible. No one at the business even offered the 30 day warranty. So this place is a scam and I strongly suggest that no one even walks in there place of business. Don't even look at the door. They suck eggs.

They will swindle you, you can sell the most valuable expensive item and that woman will wreck your day treating your item like a 10% value of what it's really worth, find another place this one isn't it. They have absolutely nothing in their store either. Yet you're desperately needing quick cash just to get by on bills cause jobs just won't cut it at the moment.

Absolutely horrible people to work with! I live over an hour away I call because they do not have a website and they did have the ring I ask for but refused to send me a picture due to policy!! ALL of the other shops I have talked to have been more than accommodating and much more helpful. Definitely wouldn't reccomend!!!

Most rude employees I’ve ever seen, also they will rip you off they sold my friend a broken Xbox and me a fake gold chain and when u tried to turn it in they said too bad.
