I cannot recommend Kozy enough to you and your family. In the last 5-6 years a new manager was brought in, and the park looks PHENOMENAL! Kozy has been family owned for over 50 years and you can undoubtedly feel the family atmosphere. It looks like a brand-new park with newer trailers, welcoming people, fun activities, and the view of the lake is beautiful. People who have left bad reviews in the past were either here before new management came in, or they just simply don't know how to follow the rules and are mad that management had to step in. The staff is so helpful and the office cares deeply about their campers. The managers take the time to know and remember you, and they do fun things for the campers from time to time like a free coffee and donut cart on holiday weekends. There's a really nice Kozy store with everything you could want, including ice cream, candy, chips, drinks, alcohol, bait and camping supplies. The owners also put a big firework show together for the campground on Fourth of July every year with a big cookout, this year it was better than Celina's show...so much fun! The rules are enforced which keeps everyone safe and considerate to their neighbors, including the 11:00pm quiet hour. If you're thinking about camping at Kozy Kampground...DO IT!! Becoming seasonal campers after overnighting for so many years was one of the best decisions my family and I made. We rent a dock here as well, so we can take the boat out on the lake conveniently whenever we want. The activities committee has events and activities planned every weekend in the summer for people of all ages so there is always something to do, and it's led us to make so many lifelong friends. Aside from the boat, he kids love to swim in the pool, play mini golf, use the basketball court, and ride their bikes. We have made so many memories here and we do not plan to leave anytime soon.

We have been seasonal Kozy Kampers for 5 years in the 50+ area. This was a nice campground when we started, but it has continued to improve with every passing year. Full hookups, and a few year-round sites. Most of the campers here are nice, regular people, and quiet hours are sincerely supported, if not rigorously enforced.

My family and I have camped a lot of places, but Kozy is always our favorite. Despite being a large park, everyone is SO friendly and helpful. Seasonal campers were stopping to ask if we needed help getting our camper into our overnight camping spot and the staff was so kind and willing to help as well. When we arrived to check in one of the staff members escorted us to our spot which was something I had never experienced, it was so nice! The bathroom facilities have been upgraded and are kept very clean. The quiet hour is enforced so you aren't kept awake all night. There is mini golf, a pool, a basketball court, sand volleyball, and people boat on the lake a lot.
