Absolutely the worst place to buy equipment. We were starting up a new ice cream store, never before had been in the business (must have been obvious so they took major advantage of us), bought all of our equipment from this place. First of all, we bought two glass door Spartan freezers. One of the wheels was broken off by the guys as they were getting it off the truck. They apparently “repaired” it, but the freezer was so wobbly and felt like it would topple over if you closed the door too hard. We had our own repair guy buy a new wheel and fix it because the company was not responsive. Also, both Spartan freezers leaked, fans broke- tons of problems before 1 year was even up. Probably had the repair guys (who were amazing btw) out to fox is 4 times in less than 1 year. Our dipping cabinet was top of the line Global which they didn’t actually carry. I was going directly to the manufacturer, and they told me not to do that bc they would meet the price. They did, but they didn’t say they were going to add on hundreds for shipping and it ended up being slightly more than if I went directly to the manufacturer. Then, they sent the wrong tub kits too and never told us that the tub kits would be $1,000 over and above what the freezers cost. I somehow got the blame for the kits being wrong too, when they are supposed to be the experts. When I kept writing to them and calling to ask how we can have everything. Fixed/ corrected, Brian thought he was writing to his coworker but instead forwarded the messages calling me four letter words to me in error! Anyway, fast forward 2 years and the hinge on the Global refrigeration dipping cabinet breaks...can’t get any direction or response from these people. I would bet any amount of money that they sell DEFECTIVE/ items that didn’t pass inspection as perfect. No way we are 3 for 3 with freezers in 2 years. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I never posted anything initially & I’m sure we will get numerous bad false reviews on our business as payback from these people since I got an email cursing me out, however, after the 3rd item broke, I realized others need to be warned about this company. UPDATE: I just received a call from Brian letting me know he saw the review and even overheard the phone calls where the girl Tara was of no assistance. Funny how I got no reply to the email I sent 3 days ago or help on the calls until they saw this review. Also, due to the lies contained in this reply, this review will be updated to add photos of the additional bills for the tub kits (which you wouldn’t replace or ship to us until we paid more $$ and returned the old ones to you), as well as a photo of the nasty email cursing me which I received in error from Brian (he thought he was sending to his coworker but sent to me in error). I also thought part of being a “salesperson” was to assist people who were starting a new business or had questions. If you complain about doing that, people should just order directly from the suppliers or order on line. Have a great day.

We keep our front door locked to limit the # of people at one time. All customers must wear masks and keep them over their nose and mouth while in the store. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the store. All customers are required to sanitize their hands prior to entering the showroom. Customers will social distance from other customers in the store. The sales staff have all been vaccinated and wear masks at all times in the showroom. We also have a full time person cleaning the store all day, including restrooms, knobs, handles and equipment. We take Covid safety practices very seriously.

Do you have any 4 ft Baine marie refrigerators? If so what make are they?
