I just had a 400# table delivered and assembled by the Sun Delivery team. Their execution was virtually flawless. Despite having a very large truck, they expertly navigated down my 1/4 mile driveway. They unloaded in a neat, precise manner. Their assembly, method and manner were exceptional throughout the entire encounter. Product is perfect, delivery pristine and very timely. Apparently I’m not the only person having major issues with Sun Delivery. I purchased an expensive decorative item on Sept. 25th 2021 and 4 months later still haven’t received or heard from Sun Delivery regarding date and time to deliver my purchase. Horchow is actually owned by Neiman Marcus also failed in not taking the necessary steps to intervene and do whatever was necessary to insure the customers purchase is being delivered by a RELIABLE source. It’s inexcusable to be waiting this long for a purchase with no communication from Sun Delivery. It’s unfortunate but necessary that someone at the Neiman Marcus Corporate headquarters was contacted and notified what I and other customers are going through and either resolve this ongoing dilemma with Sun Delivery or find a more reliable delivery option.

This company has zero flexibility on delivery times or dates .the first date they selected we were out of the country. So six weeks later they select another date despite my phone calls trying to arrange a date they selected the day my daughter was due to deliver my grandson. They are very difficult to get on the phone …. Six calls before I was able to speak to a person. I will not purchase anything from a company that delivers through sun delivery again.
