Fantastic place to take your kids. Lovely people around. Very nice lake view. Totally recommend. Parking places are very limited though, but never so crowded, you will find a spot. Cheers.

It is doable but would be difficult
Yes, you can go kayaking on the lake. You can currently launch from the HOA land on the north and south ends of the lake.
