One of my favorite places to explore in New York right behind a few museums. The rugs on the top floor can’t be overlooked. Beautiful space.

Where to start? I cannot say enough about Aydan at ABC Home and her whole team. We purchased a Bushwick trundle sofa at the outlet in Industry City, and after two failed delivery attempts went to the store to speak with her about another possible sofa that'd better work for our space. That's when Aydan became superhuman -- she voiced some doubt that the team wasn't able to get up the stairs to our place and insisted on coming back to our apartment with us, measuring it herself, and having her warehouse colleage Mousa meet us there too. Within 4 days the sofa arrived, in one piece, and is total perfection. She even had her colleague Carlos come to make sure everything was brushed and clean from the warehouse. It's not always the most budget friendly but you GET WHAT YOU PAY for. These people are A+ customer service people -- hard to find this kind of support with any big store. Consider us customers for life!

Took more than 1 month to respond to customer inquiries, both via email and phone regarding their product defect I purchased, and only after the I followed up again, even this took over 1 week to get meaningful response. No retail should have this kind of extremely poor customer services. So I give zero star for their services. The store and product selections got shrunk over the past several years, and 'one of a kind' aspects are also weakened, which is unfortunate since some of their products are truely amazing, so I give 4 stars for products and store ambient.

We purchased a rug online from ABC Carpet and when we received it what we got was a carpet that had clearly been previously used--it was stained and discolored in multiple places. The company refused to take it back because it was outside of the 7-day return window, only because the carpet arrived late while we were out of town. We even told them in advance we were going to be out of town and asked for an extension on the return window when the carpet still hadn't arrived. Then when we tried to return the rug we were told that the "extension was not granted" (yet we never heard anything back one way or the other) and when we offered to show them our flight tickets to show that we were in fact out of town they weren't interested. The customer service agent was curt and rude, and refused to allow us to speak with the manager or with the product team. A really upsetting experience and hard to believe there are still companies that operate this way.

If you have the model number ABC should be able to provide the sales price
Really, you're taking the time to worry about this! Get a life this is New York. You don't belong here if you can't deal with a little graffiti. By the way if you haven't heard there's a virus going around that really has people upset.
