Went there yesterday with my granddaughter for something cold to drink. Ordered a small root beer float and medium tea on the app. Pulled in and notified them of the stall number. We waited about 5 min then my granddaughter had to use the restroom so we moved down closer to where they are. I notified the "kitchen" of the new stall number and then waited another 10 min. Finally pressed red button until I got a response and told them the situation and they said they would pass it along to the carhop. We waited even longer until I saw a carhop come out looking confused. I exited my car, grabbed the drinks off his tray, and took the straws out of his hand. Told him I could have made them faster myself. The ice cream in my granddaughters float was completely melted!!

Goodish service but horrible employes I gave this boy a 70$ and my order was like $6.08 I said to have a $12 dollar tip all the dude does is lightly walk up to me and hand me food easy as 5 feet away from my car as ( he) said he will go get change and (Never) comes out with my money waited around 42 minutes in the sun for my money. (The dude maned something along Marcus i don't know the name but it started with a (M) can't believe. A restaurant with a 1.2 review has better manners and we'll educated has far way better service then Sonic #Sonic (Will) become a 1.star rating by 2024

My kids love sonic. The wait times can be a bit long but otherwise the staff is nice. They do forget to give me ranch everytime we go which at this point is minor. The food is good. I appreciate the good food and service.

By far worst Sonic I've been to! The customer service was horrible and very rude. My fries were old, forgot parts of our order, my kids chicken tenders were old and luke warm... literally the only thing good were the drinks and they gave us the wrong drinks too we ordered cherry limeade and got strawberry limeade... We will not be back to this Sonic location again.
