The disrespect from this place is unreal. There’s been many times they forget items when you order, taking twice as long to deliver even on weekdays when they aren’t busy. But to show up with pizza like this is just disgusting. The box was smashed and the pizza was all mixed up. No explanation upon delivery but when we took it back up there (after paying delivery and tip) the store was full of young kids who just laughed and smiled about it. They knew it was messed up to begin with and still sent it out. From their reactions and laughter I think it’s intentional. Who knows what was done to this pizza. We will never order from them again. I wouldn’t trust the safety of the food with these kids working there because they clearly don’t care.

Ordered Delivery at 6:29pm came at 7:52 which is when I notified immediately both the restaurant and delivery driver that plastic ware was missing which is needed for eating my pasta. I made it more than clear I was a 2 hour round trip from home and have not ate all day. After 9:05pm I called several times and after answering was put on hold then told the driver is on the way. The driver showed up and said sorry he forgot and said he put something in there with plastic ware, which was 2 tiny cookies. Besides the bread at this point being a little stale and crumbly and the pasta cold at least the cookies were normal quality. I was going to just let this go but offering the tiny 2 cookies for waiting hours to eat cold pasta, bad bread is an insult. I ate some of the cold pasta because I'm beyond hungry and was already having medical side effects the whole time I was waiting. In hindsight I could of gone to a fast food drive through or gas station, now I'm stuck at work site with a migraine and going to be even longer until I am able to drive so I can go home tonight hopefully.

Our first time eating here, as we live in Kannapolis and come to Locust to shop. We loved our pizza. It was hot and delicious. We made the right decision for supper tonight and we will be back..
