I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE buying cars - leaving a dealership feeling I've been abused, bullied and scammed. Not this time. Dealing with Bill and buying a car from him caused me no pain. He was frank, no games, totally upfront, fair pricing, answered all questions honestly, made no promises, no upsell. On top of it, it only took about 45 minutes from test driving the car to driving it off the lot ... including financing (I had already been pre-approved, but he had no problems accessing it through CUDL.)

Purchased from Bill was promised a replacement dash piece that goes over the cracked dash on my 07 tahoe with purchase said he had to mail it out to me. never recieved it. Said they sent it and would look into it. Never returned a call after that. On top of having to replace rear differential, transfer case, front differential, rack and pinion, all leaking .. air suspension was leaking air front magnetic ride was shot etc within first 3 months. If you like over spending this is the place for you.
