I made a huge and potentially dangerous choice for my visiting family from out of state. NO....not Build-a-Bear but Concord Mills mall! I live in Charlotte and have stayed away from this mall due to crime and bad reports. They are all accurate. A gun battle after stolen credit cards just days after my young nephew walked these very halls to buy toys! My first visit here in years and still regretted it. People were rude, obnoxious, the mall was dirty, trash left everywhere rather than in the trash cans, bathrooms offensive to be polite. Toilets left unflushed, simply nasty! The smell of Marijuana at every turn. Sorry Lego, you deserve better and so do you shopper's! Buy your loved ones toys on line its much safer. You'll thank yourselves.

If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
