We visited on Friday night for Glow Zone and it was awesome. The kids had a blast and there was plenty to do for all of them. A huge shout out to Kelly for the hospitality...you're the best!

We went for a birthday party and experienced terrible customer service. The manager was rude and abrasive toward our group. We were apparently not allowed to go into the ball pit except one at a time. This information could have been communicated in a professional and calm manner. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had in an establishment. I communicated this to her afterwards one on one and she doubled down on her behavior and offered no apology. We have had a lovely time at Summit and other trampoline parks. I'm not sure what prompted her outburst. I would advise choosing a different business where customers are treated with a basic level of respect and attendees won't be harassed. Respectfully, Meron Selassie

Fun and clean, well maintained indoor park for the little (and probably bigger) ones. They'll have a lot of fun. We were invited to a birthday party and they all had a blast of a time.

On Saturday and Wednesday mornings they have toddler time. 9-10am on those days only kids 5 and under are aloud to jump. Making it perfectly safe for a little one to jump.
Yes, they're open regular hours. Staff regularly disinfect wipeout, warp and climbing walls.
They have an entire room of trampolines laid out end to end. It is a blast!

No. There are never not other kids there and it's just not a place for a child that young. Definitely try something else until they are older.
