I’m not the type to leave reviews, but due to this mornings experience I think it’s needed. I stopped by around 8-9 am today and had a pretty large order (enough for my 4 construction workers) and asked for fry sauce. I was only given two.. I then went around in the drive thru to ask for more and the lady that helped me the first time was very rude and said “$1”. She then said that I needed to buy French fries to get more fry sauce otherwise it’d be $1. I then smiled and told her to have a good day. It seems like that got her mad. She then went off and shut the window on my face. Not coming back to this location again.

We were stuck in the drive thru forever. The Lettuce and bottom bun were soggy. I had to pick off the Lettuce and tomato. The fries were good but the fry sauce was off. Not going back anytime soon.

Good location. Service has been very friendly the last few times I've been to this one. J actually drive past a different Carl's to specifically come to this one. It's cleaner, nicer, and the staff is more friendly.

This is a pleasant Carl’s. It’s rather large and I find the employees to be above average as far as friendly and helpful goes. It is really refreshing to see that. I find the food is prepared better than average at this location. Prices are sky high and you could be getting better quality at a better price elsewhere, however.
