My husband and I had dinner here with my parents. My dad bought several family members gifts cards for Christmas. $500 worth. With each $100, he was given $20 gift cards for himself to use, totaling $100. He attempted to use the cards last night at dinner. They brought them back saying the cards had expired…. I was not overly impressed to begin with, but that definitely bummed us out. It would have been nice for someone to disclose that when he was given the cards. Who thinks to look for an “expiration date” on gift cards? Our waiter was very upbeat and friendly. The food was OK.

We enjoyed our experience for the first time a couple of weeks ago so we came back. This time not so much our service was horrible. The waiter never refilled our drinks nor did he ask if wanted a refill. It took a long time for our food when we got it, it was not hot. He seemed to be much more attentive to his other tables. We thought we would get spoons to eat our lava cake & ice cream, we ate it with forks because we weren’t sure how long it would take him to get back if we asked for spoons instead. My husband joked that maybe we should have gone to sit at one of the other tables. The best thing about our experience today was sitting out on the balcony enjoying a beautiful day.

I was not impressed with this location, in comparison to the New Jersey location. The service was mediocre. The drinks were horrible, my chocolate molten cake was not hot, and the sides of vegetables were overpriced for the amount received. Also, the ambiance was not on par with a white tablecloth restaurant. I will probably never visit this location again. New Jersey is obviously the standard and Savannah need to step it up a notch.

Chart House has never failed to deliver excellent service and amazing food! Servers are knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. The plates of food were beautiful from appetizer, dinner, dessert. This level of excellence should be modeled by other restaurants we visited that didn't match this.

Yes from Bay Street. Everything needed is on that floor but you should definitely request a first floor table during your reservation because there aren't many tables in the first floor and the place fills up fairly quickly
No dress code, but it is a nice restaurant so probably no flip flops and wifebeaters lol
There is a paneed chicken which is Romano panko crusted and cooked on a flat top. It is served with 3 potato garlic mash and a lemon shallot butter. It is delicious!

Yes they do take the Landry club card. The service is excellent the views are breath taking if you sit at the window.
