Service was slow at best. They got my order backwards at first. I upgraded my cajun rice to a large only to find when I got home it was ALL dried out all the way through the container. The whole thing was dry. The rice was so old it was crunchy. Even the bits of meat were like chewing jerky. I cant believe they would serve a product so dried out and below standards. VERY DISAPPOINTING VISIT!

Food was up to expected standard. Staff: several seemed interested more in conversing with one another than attending to their customers. Dined in, tried too give me my order without a tray...expected me to juggle our order to the table! Another staff member saw and corrected their team member and provided a tray. Had to go back up and ask for napkins, hot sauce, honey,etc...as none was provided / offered at the time of pickup nor was any available in the dining room. While dining the staff continued to loudly discuss their personal conversations ranging from one employee thinking higher education isn't necessary to be successful (ironic isn't it) and others comparing how much their car loans are a month. Bottom line: food was up to standard, staff professionalism and customer service needs improvement. Food -4, staff 2.... Overall rating 3.

Food was cold I mean cold cold. Rice tasted like water was add to it not warm at all. Very bad.

No food drive was full had to wait for fries come up , the day be for I went up their for the wicked patter an got home they had left my fries out.
