I’ve rented and owned with this company and they’ve been most helpful. The maintenance at times takes awhile to get out to the house, but I understand I’m not the only customer. Charles Edens helped me with the purchase of my home and he was nothing short of amazing. He was very honest, open, and transparent which increased my confidence in him as well as the company he was representing. I’ve since moved and Sherry has been helping me with the property managing piece so definitely looking forward to a fruitful relationship.

Biased practices in renting

I rent a commercial property from them, ac/heat went out July of 2021. Have had 2 different A/C repair people come out and both said need a new unit. We are now in Feb 2022 and still nothing has been done. Furthermore, talked to owner about this and again still nothing. If you want any kind of rapid service, definitely look elsewhere.

Depending on the severity you may be able to have it expunged. Best solution would to do some quick research on the state expungement qualifications where it occured. May be a simple application process, otherwise get a lawyer consultation. They may have another way to either lessen or expunge the offense. Haven't had to do this myself but know about it being possible. No need to discuss the details here, but best answer would to ask a rental company directly.
