I have no interest in running a business down but I just don't understand why people think they can run a restaurant long and serve sorry food.But I don't blame the restaurant and I don't know how it works but Ain't nothing like it used to be The new patties are bland and rubbery and the close as it's seen a charbroil grill is the picture on the bottle of artificial smoke added to make it taste charbroiled.i never want another microwave and artificially smoked Im sorry but I can't lie and y'all asked

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Went thru drive thru for a couple milkshakes, by the time we got to the window, the milkshakes were melted. We later went back a couple weeks later, which was lastnight, we went thru drive thru & by the time we got to window, our hot fudge sundaes were melted. I have no idea why they make an ice cream sundae or a milkshake, knowing it's gonna sit waiting on customer that has 5 cars ahead of it. I will not go back to this one. You make ice cream sundaes & milkshakes when they get to window, not before. Nobody likes melted ice cream like that. They need to train their workers better than that. I got time, I'm in no hurry.

The customer service was poor. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but what I received was tenders on a bun instead. I didn't get what I paid for but this seems to be the norm for fast food restaurants. Do better!!!
