Ernesto, Tommy, and Matt were so incredibly helpful. Where another AT&T store wasn't able to help, this trio was so quick to hear my situation and brainstorm solutions. Terrific service. In and out very quick. I was so impressed with their customer service and their knowledge of their products and services.

Sales rep Edwin was nice, but post-sale customer service from AT&T is abysmal. We just upgraded 3 phones and when trying to transfer old phone data to new phones, all 3 phones had problems and the store won't answer their phone when we try calling in. Tried 3 times, nobody answered. Then called the main customer service number and ended up sitting on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Quite candidly, we're not pleased with the service from AT&T at all.

Giovanni was amazing. The store was super busy when we came in. When it was finally my turn he was super professional, friendly and fixed my problem which was causing me MAJOR anxiety with a simple $9.00 part. Didn't tell me my phone was toast and I needed another one When I am ready to buy my new iphone I will hop on a plane (I live in the Seattle area) and come see HIM because I know I will be treated well.
