So my last fill I was over on my plan. They didn’t tell me just filled it and ran my card with NO notice of the increase. Then I called for a fill. Said she’d put me in for yesterday never came. I called and was told I’d have to pay an additional 150.00 if I wanted it Monday. Okay no problem I’ll wait. Come today and the driver came but he kept rolling down the hill. He called me and so did the office and said he’d be back. He never came back. It’s gonna be warm enough to run a couple space heaters. You people will not get my business and I will not recommend you to anyone. Do not deliver fuel or run my card again or I’m reporting it as fraud.

Shameful.......I called this company to assist a customer who has HEAP .....I informed them the customer is out of fuel and has NOOOO HEAT.....they would not accommodate the customer and were fine with letting their customer spend another night with no heat! Please find another company, this one tears people awfully!!
