During a routine oil change, the mechnaic damaged the mirror on my truck. While I understand that accidents do occur, they should have notified me instead of my having to find the damage during a walk-around prior to leaving the facility. I've had good service at another one of their locations prior to this visit. 3 out of 5 stars.
