Calvin came out to repair our fridge (under a home warranty contract) and was a great all-around technician - entirely professional in his manner, completely and straightforwardly explaining the things he was assessing and the results he obtained. He was also polite and friendly. I wish all the service professionals I have to deal with were like him!

The technician that serviced our washer was great. Sears Service as an overall company is horrible. They rescheduled our appointment several times a few hours past their service window. The best part, the third time the tech entered our home and a few mins later said he had to leave cause Sears moved our appointment. Are you kidding me!!! If I could, I would leave them 0 stars.

I would call the manufacturer to see if there was any recalls on any of the parts for that frigerator. And find out who else sells that brand and get the repair company information from them.
