If I could give them zero stars I would. They built a terrible home and will not make it right. Beautiful home but it’s less than two years old the air conditioner has been worked on five times and has been replaced and is tore up again. NOT BY CLAYTON HOMES. The people that installed the new unit said they should not be putting those units in mobile homes. Clayton homes have not tried to fix anything. All the trim is terrible. The dishwasher tore up the first few weeks. They did not tighten the shower behind the wall so it leaked for months before it was realized and now is molded. In both shower. That in not a coincidence. They haven’t even said I’m sorry.

It has been a long journey,but we are coming to the end and will soon be in our new home. Ross has worked with us and Martin is doing the groundwork. Be careful and do your due diligence with financing.
