I have been taking my children here since we moved to Aiken in 2004. I always appreciated the creeking steps to the second level and old stairway out front. The upgrades look and feel great, and the new stairway is lovely. I’m now moving away and we are really going to miss this place.

We have spent the last year traveling throughout the country and I have been to a library at every town we stayed in—about 30 different towns/cities mostly on the western side of the country. I have to write letters to my elderly parents because they do not hear well in the phone. I have had zero issues doing this and have never been charged. We moved to Aiken last week and our printer is not set. Went to write a letter today and was charged $1.00 to use the computer. Very disappointing Aiken Library. I was so excited when I got there because the building is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, but was quickly disheartened upon finding out there was a fee to use the computer for appx. 20 minutes.

Do you have services to print out documents from a USB Flash drive. If so, how much is it per page? Black and white 8 1/2x 11

You can do so from flash drive and the copies black and white are 20 cents per page

Does the library take book donations? If so, where to take them?

Yes they do but those donations need to go to the front desk and they only take certain kinds of books. So call them first.

If you need a library card all you need to do is Go in with proof of address. Your I'd will do. They will give you a card and you are all set.

Yes, the library has tax forms on the tables in the vestibule during tax season.
