Received call 30 minutes prior to party that delivery of Jumping castle was taking to wrong address across town. The day was a cloudy day but not raining. Owner comes 45 minutes after dropping castle was set up and packs it up. Owner stated that it was going to rain. I paid for a full day of the jumping castle. Owner and I got into an argument due to taking jumping castle and refused to refund my money. Owner stated he has the right to come take the castles when he wants for any reason. It never rained that day. Finally, a friend negotiates with owner to give me back a portion of money, which wasn't even 15%. Owner sends money the following week and says I should be glad he gave me back anything. Terrible experience.
