Came in during buying hours after going out of my way to drop clothes off only to be told they’re “at capacity”. I’m not sure what the solution to the shortage of staff but don’t post buying hours and then when people come in tell them you’re at capacity. I’d rather you not buy at all or have people schedule time but driving out of your way to sell clothes after looking up the buying hours and then being told no we’re at capacity is frustrating.

I’ve walked in on 4 separate occasions this week to sell a basket with 6-8 pairs of heels and every single time they are “at capacity” and can’t accept anything else.

Drove all the way from Midtown and they don’t start accepting clothes until 12pm when they open at 10am! That’s really stupid and doesn’t make sense! You get heavier traffic around that time and wonder why y’all be so backed up with clothes. It’s not on the website nor no signs in the store that they don’t accept clothes till 12 which i think again is really stupid!
