Ive been trying to get one of my patients an application mailed to them for over a wk. No one answers the phone or returns calls after a voicemail is left. My patient says he also tried calling and left a voicemail but no call back. Very poor customer service

I was told you can't transfer. If I was you call Graham housing authority they do the vouchers not Burlington housing authority
