BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a vehicle and just learned from the warranty company that Armando did not send in the payment for the warranty. Armando, the VP of sales says, "Javier, the General Manager did not take care of the paperwork nor the payment. Now, Armando is not returning my calls. Instead of calling me Armando just sent me a text stating: "He can not get in touch with Pro-Guard Warranty." This is the company they owe money to for my warranty. Bank says CAR FACTORY DIRECT made it appear like everything was finalized. I have learned it was not. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. PLUS, city and state officials. Press release, Facebook, Instagram, etc. *VDG*
