Always have a good experience here until this day. Arrived to the store at 7:54pm for a return. Door was closed by store manager stating they are closed and would not do the transaction. This was not proper for stores as your hours state 8pm closing not you want to be out of your store by 8pm. Do let me know if this is policy. Thanks

TODAY IS 5/23/2022 AT 1:08PM. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MR. MICHAEL AT THE PARKLANE STORE NEAR COLUMBIA MALL, AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS. HE SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE HELIUM TO BLOW UP BALLOONS AND NO PARTY CITY IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS DO. HE SAID ITS A GLOBAL THING. I CALL HARBISON AND TALKED TO A MS. ANITA AND SHE SAID THEY HAVE HELIUM. SHE RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE BECAUSE SHE HAS CUSTOMERS AND NOW I'M LISTENING TO MUSIC. THEN A GUY COMES ON AND COME TO FIND OUT THE STUFF THAT ONLINE SAY THEY HAVE, HE SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE. HE SAID THEY HAVE NO GRADUATION BALLOONS. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED IN PARTY CITY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
