Do not work at this place!! They treat their workers like slaves not employees. They don't appreciate their workers. They don't care if you have a family. They wait until the day of to inform you of working the weekend. They constantly screwing up your pay. Management don't know what they're doing. HR never does anything to help you with anything. This place sucks, one of the worst places I've worked. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Fiancée worked here recently, and I used to work for another Hanes brands location nearby, and they are laboring their workforce nine hours a day, seven days a week, for the rest of the year. They are still only requiring 24 points when it comes to the hiring on process. This seems completely unfair, since it’s 24 points with eight hours a day. The least they could do is 36 points, or 27, before deciding to fire someone through their temp agencies. On top of that, with the other location that I have worked at, I was In the process of preparing to get hired on, when they started coming up with excuses as to why I should not be hired. Still have yet to get a clear definite answer, as they are probably scared to get a lawsuit against them.

Debbing staffing, diversco in source. There are several others. You can also apply directly through Hanes HBI careers. I used Debbie's Staffing. They are currently hiring for hanes you have to go online with them and apply then they set up a interview pr call the Charlotte office
I worked there, it could've been a good place. Unfortunately with the quota they set, and the hours they demand, as well as some of the managers being unprofessional, it is no picnic. I agree work it's never a picnic, but they created a hostile work environment. There have been actual physical fights between employees. There work is easy, but that's about the only good i got out of it. The pay is typical. I didn't stay long enough to find out how their raises play out. Good luck
The store is no longer open. The only ones open Close to Kings Mountain are the leggs Hanes Bali stores at The Gaffney Marketplace and concord mills.
