hey, 2022. we have been waiting for the food shack to open! however, its not the same guy from previous yrs. very dissapointed. new guy has meat, meat and only meat. if u r in the mood for a burger &ff $10.00!! NO fish- he said it was too $ to have? along with chicken, shrimp, breakfast items and kids food. no one wants this at the lake. We don't come here with kids for a meat. we need a lighter fair. the other guy knew this. so.. no shrimp, ck fingers, or fish baskets that a couple of kids can share...sorry folks but this place gets a -10. I had to pick a star to continue... no star from me or a bunch of the folks here.

This is an excellent campground. Quiet for us old folks on one section, and on the other original section, playgrounds for the children. Very clean, well manicured. Great for relaxing in shaded lots, plenty of room between RV lots, fish cleaning stations at every lot. Bathroom facilities scattered throughout. Paved roads. Camp hosts. Snack Shack and vending machines in main area. Wolf Creek Dam and Fish hatchery also located here. Beautiful area!

The best park around. There’s a small water park, two large play grounds, a snack shack, multiple water access to the river and an incredible up close view of the dam that you can’t find anywhere else. There’s a large covered gathering/ picnic area with ample parking and the entire area is very clean. Highly recommended for a fun family visit, recreation or a social gathering.

Lots of people use tents in addition to RV. I never mention how many people are with me. Best to have friends park in boat trailer parking lot on the left side when u pull in otherwise they may charge them an entry fee. When preregistering online use 2 vehicle's to get 2 car passes. Hope this helps
Yes large parking lot for your boat or at your campsite. There are large sites. They will let you pick the one you want. Very nice campground

Riverfront 43-53 and 54a are closed for the season
I tent camp, and there are many good sites for it. I think 68 is my favorite. Maybe 69. I am not sure!! Both are good & they are next door to each other. Recreation.gov is the reservation site. They gave photos of all the sites. Hope you enjoy it!!!

Kendall does not have boats to rent, but the state dock does have boats for rent.
Yes it is accepted. Nice place to camp and there is a trout stream that gets stocked .
We just left Kendall after spending a week there. The bathrooms are open to campers.
Yes. There are a very few and they go quickly..however you can walk to the river in less than five minutes from about any campsite... Thanks
I believe almost all are water sites. Its a great campground
The office is set just past the fish hatchery tanks. It is hard to explain, but it will be to the right and is a little white booth that you check in at!! You will also see a 5th camper the that folks that run it stay at!!
It's very worth the trip. Full bright stars clear sky's . We go there every year for fishing at the dam . Great camping fish hatchery great snack bar and friendly people
There are no boat docks at kendall. Due to the dam being a working electrical generator water levels on the river rise and fall daily.
