Prices are high, but not the quality

Had a quick question about a product that my store stopped carrying (Wanted to find out if I should drive out to this one to get it, or if they could help at all). Apparently I’ve called 74 times throughout the last 3 weeks and no one has ever answered. Even let it ring for 42 minutes while doing stuff the house the other day. Not sure why they have a number if they have zero intentions of answering it. Guess I won’t be checking the store out..
