We stopped at the Summit Meats food truck at the farmer's market and it was by far the best ribeye sandwich I've ever eaten. We ended up going to the processing facility to get more already prepared ribeye to make our own sandwiches at home! Highly recommend!

Summit Meat Processing has the best of the best that you could ever get. I have never been disappointed. Their hamburger, steaks, sausage, bacon, hot dogs & Prime Rib are very tasty. I love the taste of fresh beef & pork. The customer service is outstanding. I also love to support local businesses.

This place is amazing. Tried several butcher shops for hogs. I like this one the best. They will go out of thier way to help people. I've never in my life left a review for any business or product. The packaging is excellent. The service is amazing. The prices are right. I'd prefer to take my critters here for processing over any place in the area.
