Excellent venue! It offered a much more immersive concert experience than a coliseum or amphitheater. Had a blast!
Kenneth Shell
Awesome venue for concerts. Staff was extremely quick getting people organized and into the venue. Sound reverberates really well through the building too. Easy access to getting drinks as well.

Clean bathrooms, good HVAC system, easy parking at $10, sound system is good. My only complaint is the stage is very low compared to other venues I have been to. If it's a packed house and you are standing in the back rather than the pit bring a step stool if you are under 5'10"!

The Oct 12 show played from 7:30 to 11 pm. It did end abruptly and a few minutes early with Duke Energy having a transformer blow nearby. We are not able to forecast the return of the show. We are taking a list of people to keep track of this information an what other options may be available. Please send information with: Name Cell Phone Email TM Account number To join the list.
It all depends on the show, show start and number of acts. But most shows do end between 11 and 11:30 pm.
You can bring kids for sure, VIP has seats other than that, it's all standing. I was at the In This Moment show, and there were little kids in a Mosh pit, everyone kinda backed off so the kids could enjoy it. It was cool, also Motionless In White brought a few kids up on stage...so I would say, yeah bring the kids! I've been bringing my kids to shows since they were 8. Cool parenting I say. See ya there!!
We only sell the 50 Premium Lounge spots upon entry night of show. First come, first served. It’s starts at $25 per person and we take cc and transmit to your mobile device. It has a full private bar.
Yes, Piedmont Hall has full ABC permits and sells beer, wine and spirits and we have an assortment of craft beers as well.
Last time I went it was only $5
You can buy in advance at the Coliseum box office or through Ticketmaster where you can get mobile tickets. There is a night of show box office at PH that opens 2 hours before the show start time.
Last time I was there I saw children. And that was for a hard rock concert.
Most definitely. You just have to find the shortest line
Yes there is, call their main line for more details
Been to one event in November and one last week - no test, vax or even mask required.
It is a standing room only venue and event, like a Fillmore or HOB. There is a 50 person premium lounge upgrade $ once in the venue.
We do not offer a coat check. 336-373-7400 is our switchboard, dial zero for an operator. We have 50 Premium Club level vip tickets that we only sell on site after entry. They are presently $25 and there are stools and cocktail tables in the premium space for a great view.
