My soda tasted like seltzer water. I asked for a new one then he bring me back another that also tasted like seltzer water. I threw it away. My wife and sons sodas were fine.

I'm hungry and it's 10:30 pm. If the lobby is closed due to understaffing it is a problem with poor management, the store itself, or they need to pay their people better. Not sure of the problem here, but clearly ya got one.

Wow note to self when ordering here make sure you order what you DO NOT WANT, this way your chances are good at getting exactly what you want! I am done with CJ they were good in the past now the quality is a step below bottom. Spend a bit more money on a poor burger here. Not Good!

The service is good, the staff is friendly, but I only go here as a door dasher and refuse to spend any of my money at any Carl's JR. Their historic disregard for their customers was completely unexeptable, and their attempted course corrections come too late and without any attempt at an apology. The company has willfully contributed to the degradation of society, and I will not support them. It doesn't matter how good the food is; money spent elsewhere is money spent on removing this cancer from our community, and that will always be more satisfying.
