No assistance, providing transparency to the public by Christopher D. Knox | First Sergeant. I get summoned to court by allegedly speeding by Trooper N Parham (No. 2985), State Highway Patrol, Troop B, District 1 on 27 April 2022. I do not have any information to challenge the integrity of the behavior, training or equipment of said Officer. I request FOIA of personnel conduct report, training record, and equipment used, in which all information was denied. Response: "training, issued equipment, or any further into his previous conduct would be protected as a part of his personnel file and not public according to N.C.G.S § 126-24." So, I am obligated go to court with all the cards stacked against me, unable to provide any evidence against me. The perception is the state just cares about taking the citizens money and cares less about safety and justice.
