My experience with Three-Way Plumbing was excellent from beginning to end. Danielle did a fantastic job explaining the different water heater manufacturers and what I should know about each one. She set up a timely appointment that fit my schedule and Steven and Justin did an amazing job! Very courteous, very professional and very efficient. Steve explained everything he had done in detail. He labeled everything and even added another water shut off on my water heater. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Yes, Bonnie, we do. Will it be a new gas stove replacing an old gas stove or one replacing an old electric stove? If it is replacing an old electric one, I would like to caution you that it is a misconception that we just run a gas line and hook it up. It is not a same-day completion but a two-day completion. The reason being the stove needs to be onsite, the gas needs to be run to the stove's location and a gas test must be put on the line and inspected by the city safety inspector to be show there are no gas leaks. We then return and hook up the stove and the safety inspector returns to see it in operation. It seems like an incovenience but rather is a good excuse to have a night out to dinner at one of your favorite places.
If the water heater is leaking from the T&P valve or the pressure valve; yes, it may simply be time to replace that valve, or the cause of that valve leaking may be that is doing its' job it is meant to do - release water to relieve pressure in the tank. It may be an underlying symptom of a PRV or Pressure Reducing Valve that is no longer working that protects your entire home's plumbing system or you may not even have a PRV. Part of the diagnosis we perform would be check all possible causes which includes your home's incoming water pressure. We would never just recommend replacing the T&P without checking the causes first because otherwise that new T&P may begin to do what it is meant to do and that is leak out water as well. Too much pressure will cause a T&P to fail completely and they have remained in the open position pouring out water steadily. Our job is to do a complete and thorough evaluation of not only the issue but all possible causes of the issue you are experiencing.
Yes, Erik, we are one of the few companies out there that not only installs tankless water heaters but services them as well. We have gone through all the training with numerous manufacturers and continue to do our own testing on the newer models they come out with. Give our office a call, and we will be glad to get you an appointment slot that is convenient for you.
We have a great program we call MAPP - the Maintenance Agreement Partner Plan. The MAPP has many great benefits, one of which is an annual whole-house inspection. Feel free to give us a call, and we will be happy to discuss further with you.
There are several things that could be causing your issue with the fill valve randomly topping off the water level. If a universal flapper was used, it simply may not be sealing properly. Universal doesn't always mean it will work with every toilet. We recommend installing only original manufacturer parts when possible. Another cause may be the fill valve is not tightened enough and weeping through the gasket. Finally the most common thing we find is homeowners remove the little clip from the fill tube and then stick it too far down into the flush valve. It must sit above the water level or it will siphon out slowly from the tank and into the overflow tube and then the flush valve will continue to fill it back up. Hope one of these tips solves your problem.
