Nutley Kia was an absolute pleasure to work with when looking for a car for our 17 year old. They were patient with us as we looked for a pre owned car with low mileage and safety features. Garrett our salesman was kind and took his time with us. Tony, the sales manager helped us put everything in perspective and showed us that it made more sense to buy a new car as the price was the same. The dealership felt like a family and not a business. When we picked the car up, Pete the finance manager was nice and had everything ready to go for us. I highly recommend this dealership. They were helpful, honest and kind. It was a pleasure to do business with them and we will definitely be going back for our future cars.

I heard from one of my customers that this was a good dealership, good customer service etc and they don't charge the predatory and dishonest market adjustment fees which I refuse to pay, they are lucky they are getting MSRP. so I figured let me give them a try. i called, pressed 1 for sales and was put on the phone with a snotty lady that sounded like she was 12 years old and like she hated her job. she whined something about not taking orders for new vehicles. very rude and wasn't able to speak clearly. needless to say I'll be going to another dealership and spend my hard earned money elsewhere that appreciates a customer's business. these cars are way overpriced as it is I don't want to deal with some whiney entitled lazy crybaby at the same time.
