The store manager Courtney is incredibly rude and impolite. I bought a refurbished iPhone with a defective battery and she could have opted to waive my restocking fee but she didn’t as “phone seems to be running fine”. I also think she maybe racist as I am Indian and I saw her having much more collegial interactions with other White customers. No doubt I will be reaching out to corporate for “excellent customer service”. Please don’t visit this store as the employees all seem to hate their job.

The store itself has some great employees. Unfortunately best buy the company has some serious issues. I spent 3 hours with my wife buying a refrigerator and scheduled installation and paid for everything and got our receipts. Got home and received an email that my order was canceled. Called in which takes forever and you can't get the local store and the rep said it was a system glitch and asked that I go back to the store. They want to take more of my time for their system malfunction. I figured it had to be a joke that they wouldn't fix it without taking more of my time. Maybe someone actually cares and will fix this.

Ok off the bat - the one guy they had at the Geek squad counter was great and helpful. That being said - I went to purchase an external hard drive for my computer. Not something I expected a need to make an appointment for. Instead of just being able to pick it off the shelf itself, I had to purchase it at the Geek Squad counter. Not being something you'd normally make an appointment for, I had to wait in the non appointment like for like 20 minutes, while the Geek Squad guy tried to help this boomer with a cell phone issue. They only had one person at the counter, so this was gonna be slow going. Best Buy - stop being cheap and hire more people for this. It's an obvious payroll cut in guise of "customer service". I already avoided shopping at your store for several reasons and this was the nail in the coffin.

Just bought a microwave and this is what it looked like out of the box. I didn’t have time to go back and forth to exchange it and when I called I was transferred to several different departments and ultimately was told they couldn’t send a new one and it had to be exchanged.
