Nice place, clean and cool pool which felt wonderful on a 98 degree evening. Location had friendly staff and was easy to maneuver through the parking spaces. Easy access to/from RT 40 and downtown Needles.

I enjoyed my stay here. We were the only people staying in a tent, and it was very hot outside. The lady that checked us in was very nice. She told us about the recreational room that had air conditioning in it. It had a charming mural of route 66 inside. Wifi worked well. The pool was clean and fun. The tent site had a campfire ring, but it was too hot outside for us to use it. The bathroom style was kind of retro and dated but was very clean and nice. I recommend staying here. I had a fun time. I did not get any bug bites.

Wonderful views. Roomy spaces. Dog park was tiny, but you could walk your dogs the desert area. Park had the feeling of being at the top of the mountain.

I guess we went during a time where the friendliness was on vacation. Owner/Check in lady, Carla, seemed annoyed when I inquire about recreational areas nearby to visit, answered in a rude manner, so I just figured it was better to get in the car and drive around, after all I had the time, but if you work in areas and places like that, you should know people are going to inquire and at least try to be nice. We didn't interact much with others because not one soul responded to a simple good morning, only one guy was nice and came to us and talked for a few minutes. I liked the area, not a lot of trees but we had a tent and weather was nice. Don't think will go back though.
